Congratulations to the APPSPGHAN Young Investigator Awards and the APPSPGHAN travel awards winners 2022

At the 15th APPSPGHAN Congress, APPSPGHAN provided 3 Young Investigator Awards and 2 Travel Awards for the low-resourced countries. The purpose of these awards were to recognize outstanding contributions early in their career. Travel Awards aimed to support colleagues from the low-resourced countries who had outstanding abstracts.

Young Investigator Awards

1. Songpon Getsuwan (Thailand)

2. Kyung Jae Lee (Korea)

   Analysis of the several genetic variants associated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in Korean children; impact of HDS17B13 rs72613567 and PARVB rs6006611

3. Nur Shuhadah MANSOR (Malaysia)

   Asthma Control in Paediatric Clinics in Malaysia: A Cross Sectional Study.

Travel awards

1. Gautam Ray (India)

   The efficacy and safety of sofosbuvir and daclatasvir in children with thalassemia and chronic HCV infection.

2. Khadijah Rizky SUMITRO (Indonesia)

   TENS in slow transit constipated cerebral palsy children.
