Registration

Please note:

1. We accept only 40 participants for Hands-on Endoscopic Workshop.
2. No onsite registration for Hands-on Endoscopy Workshop
3. APPSPGHAN members who have successfully paid the membership fee before April 20, 2022 are eligible for the masterclass and workshop discounts. If you are newly registered member of the APPSPGHAN, please note that usually takes 3 days to update the membership lists to the masterclass and workshop application system.

The 1^st APPSPGHAN Endoscopy Masterclass (Virtual) registration fee includes

• Admission to scientific program session on June 2, 2022
• Access to the replays of scientific program session which will be available on June 17, 2022 until July 17, 2022
• Certificate of attendance

The 2^nd Hands-on Course in Pediatric Therapeutic Endoscopy (Onsite) registration fee includes

• Admission to scientific programs (Virtual Endoscopy Masterclass) on June 2, 2022 Admission to all hands-on stations
• Access to the replays of Virtual Endoscopy Masterclass which will be available on June 17, 2022 until July 17, 2022
• Coffee breaks/refreshment and lunch on June 3, 2022
• Workshop materials (“Manual of Pediatric Therapeutic GI Endoscopy” booklet and bag)
• Transportation to the Olympus T-TEC (both ways). The meeting point for the shuttle bus to T-TEC will be announced.
• Certificate of attendance

Payment methods

For registration, online payment by credit card processed through conference’s online service system is the most recommended method.
Confirmation letters and payment invoice will only be sent upon receipt of the appropriate fee.

Cancellation policy

Written notification, sent to endomasterclass@appspghan.org is required for any cancellation or change to initial registration.

• Refund is NOT available for the APPSPGHAN Endoscopy Masterclass.
• Cancellation for the 2nd Hands-on course in Therapeutic GI Endoscopy with 50% refund of the registration fee is applicable before April 29, 2022.
• There is no refund for cancellation after April 29, 2022.
• In case the 2nd Hands-on course in Therapeutic GI Endoscopy must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, registration fee will be fully refunded (excluded transferred fee).
• Refunds will be made within 2 months after the end of the conference.
