STEPS IN MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION


Steps for APPSPGHAN Membership Application

Step 1: Register at the APPSGHAN website http://appspghan.org by using your email address as the username and create your password.

Step 2: Fill up application form available through this link https://appspghan.org/Membership/Application

  • Copy of completion of training or certification from the training institution OR
    Letter of recommendation from the President of the local pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition society OR any one of the APPSPGHAN Council member.

Step 3: Wait for the approval of the membership application within a week.

Step 4: Pay the membership fee (USD 120) as a bank transfer in favor of the following account:

APPSPGHAN 2018,
account No. 026-464910-9,
Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited,
Ramathibodi Branch.
The SWIFT CODE is SICOTHBK.


Note that the applicant is responsible for the transfer fee.

Step 5: Send the proof of payment by attaching the bank transfer receipt via the APPSPGHAN website https://appspghan.org/Membership/ConfirmPayment. You will then receive your permanent membership number.

Group Payment
Group payment is accepted.

Notes:

  • Each applicant must register individually at the APPSPGHAN website http://appspghan.org and attach the group payment receipt via the registration system. Please indicate “Group Payment” in the box when uploading the bank receipt.
  • The contact person must email a copy of the “Membership Application Group Payment Form” together with a copy of the group payment receipt to info@appspghan.org.
